Svitlana Matviyenko is faculty at Simon Fraser University in the School of Communication. She teaches and writes on psychoanalysis and cybernetics, information and media theory, posthumanism, and information and cyber warfare. She is associate editor of (Re)-Turn: A Journal of Lacanian Studies. Recently, she coedited The Imaginary App (2014) and a special issue of The Fibreculture Journal on »apps and affect« (2015).
