Katrine Wallevik works as a postdoc in the project 'Gendering Music Matter' (GEMMA) at University of Copenhagen, Department of Art and Cultural Studies. Taking outset in ethnomusicology and organizational anthropology she works with music in work settings of culture production while having a special focus on questions of gender and diversity. Besides her PhD dissertation 'Flow or Stop? Culture Matters in P3's Music Radio Production' (2019) she has published articles on radio production, gender and music. Throughout the years she has been commuting between a work life in producing culture in Copenhagen (and elswhere) and a work life in producing cultural research. In order to participate in the project GEMMA she is on leave from her job as culture consultant in the municipality of Copenhagen.
