Maya Shenfeld is a Jerusalem-born Berlin based composer, performer and guitarist. A graduate of the contemporary music study program of the University of the Arts (UdK) Berlin, her artistic practices revolve around composition, performance and sound art, as well as writing about music. In the framework of the International Summer Course for New Music in Darmstadt, Maya co-produced and presented a radio documentary about gender relations in new music which was later aired on BBC.
